If your country has enemies everywhere, you don't go ahead and divide your countrymen on the basis of religion. And if you do so, you at least should not get angry at being called an enemy of India who is actively working to destroy this nation. Bolne se koi patriot nahi ho jata.

If every action of yours goes towards weakening your nation and making it more vulnerable to ruin, you shouldn't expect to be treated like someone who loves your country. You are, for all practical purposes, an enemy of India if you are creating and supporting communal divisions.

If your loyalty towards your religion is greater than your loyalty to your fellow Indians, if you are waving a saffron flag instead of the tricolour, you are effectively an enemy agent working directly to destroy this country. Don't expect anyone to treat you as if you're not.
